You can change the data on your ticket yourself until the festival. After purchasing your ticket, you have received an email with the subject line “Your ticket for Fifteen Seconds Festival 2020.” In this email, there is a red button named “Visit attendee area.” Clicking this button will lead you to the attendee area on the XING Events website where you can change the ticket data.

For everyone under the age of 24 (cut-off date: 06-06-1996), we offer the Talent Pass priced at €49. Additionally, we offer the Student Pass for €99 for all students under 27 (cut-off date: 06-06-1993). Both tickets include all benefits of the Festival Pass as well as exclusive access to the Talent & Student Lounge.
The availability of the early-bird price for the Festival Pass is subject to demand, as we only offer a limited number of tickets at the discounted price of €299. Once they have sold out, the Festival Pass is available at its regular price of €399.
