A Crain’s 40 under 40 and Pioneer in Design Honoree, Pamela, co-founder of Love and Magic Company, delivers cutting edge work infusing consciousness, energy flow and inclusivity into global workplace transformations. Named a “Designer to Know” by Contract Magazine, by age 26, she became one of 300 licensed black female architects in the US; by 33 she was Chief Architect for MetLife, overseeing $1B of capital investment in inclusive workplace design across 65 countries. She practices enterprise scale, cross-cultural, human-centered design and is a proselytizer for the “Love and Magic” required to create spaces which help people be their best selves and share that impact societally.
